General terms of sale

For countries belonging to the EEC, prices indicated include VAT; for all other countries VAT is excluded. Product prices can be found in the website product catalogue and are updated regularly.

If you buy with Scalapay your order will be processed immediately and you'll pay in 3 installments. You acknowledge that the installments will be transferred to Incremento SPV S.r.l., to related parties and their assignees, and that you authorise this transfer. "

Product Returns

In the event that a PURCHASE CONTRACT IS STIPULATED OUTSIDE THE BUSINESS PREMISES, the sale in question shall be subject to Italian Legislative Decree No. 21 of 21 February 2014, which allows the purchaser to exercise the right of withdrawal. Therefore, in this case, distance purchases made by telephone or via Internet are regulated by this decree.

Who does it apply to?

To individuals (consumers) acting for purposes that may be considered unrelated to their business activities. Therefore, purchases made by dealers and companies are excluded.

What does it entail?

Consumers have the right to exercise the RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL within 14 days of receipt of the goods. This can be done by returning the purchased goods to the seller, who in turn will reimburse the price of the returned goods.

What does it exclude?

The right of withdrawal is not applicable to products sold by Lamp Commerce if specially ordered by the customer. Shipping costs and any bank costs are not included. Shipping costs to return goods are the purchaser's liability. This regulation does not apply if the purchase is under 200 €.

How is this right exercised?

Make sure you have the following information on hand to communicate to Lamp Commerce in case of partial cancellation:

  • article code(s);
  • bank details for the bank transfer (IBAN).
  • contact the Administrative office of Lamp Commerce to obtain the “Return Merchandise Authorisation” (RMA) number. Send – by fax – a written and signed declaration of your intention to exercise the right of withdrawal (n. +39 0423484395). This declaration should contain all the details and requests specified above (including any authorisation to credit the amount to a bank account made out to third parties). Pursuant to annex A of Legislative Decree No. 21 of 21/02/2014.

How to return the goods?

On obtaining the RMA number, carefully pack the merchandise in its original packaging and cellophane to protect it from any damage, writing or affixing of labels. Note down the RMA number in a clearly visible position on the parcels to be sent. Request from Lamp Commerce the address for sending the merchandise. Returned merchandise must be sent to Lamp Commerce's warehouse and shall only be accepted by our warehouse if sent via express courier and insured for the total amount of the purchase price.

Reimbursement terms

If the aforesaid RMA procedure is executed correctly, and if it is verified that the merchandise is completely intact, Lamp Commerce shall credit the customer with the amount paid, within 14 working days from receipt of the merchandise. Goods shipping costs, thanks to the ‘Satisfied or fully refunded’ offer, will be fully refunded. (art. 5, paragraph 6, of Legislative Decree No. 185 of 22 May 1999.) Attention: any merchandise returned without a RMA number shall not be accepted by the Lamp Commerce Warehouse. Lamp Commerce shall not be held liable for any damage caused during delivery of the merchandise to their warehouse.

Place of Jurisdiction and Competent Court

Any disputes relating to the application, execution, interpretation and violation of the purchase contract stipulated online via the lampcommerce.com website is subject to Italian law. For any matters not expressly stipulated in this agreement, refer to the combined provisions of legislative decree number 50 of 15 January 1992 and legislative decree number 185 of 22 May 1999. The Court of Treviso (Italy) shall be competent court for any disputes between the parties concerning this contract.
