Our guarantees

All products sold by Lamp Commerce are covered by the manufacturer’s standard warranty and a 24 month warranty for conformity defects under Law Decree 24/02. The manufacturer’s standard warranty is supplied following the procedure illustrated on the warranty certificate inside the product’s package.

The 24 month warranty under Law Decree 24/02 applies to products having conformity defects, so long as the product is used properly, respecting its prescribed use and as indicated in the technical documentation included. This warranty is restricted to private consumers (individuals who buy goods for any use not related to their professional activity, in other words anyone who places an order without indicating a VAT code in the order form).

In the event of a conformity defect, Lamp Commerce will restore the product conformity either by repair/substitution, a price rebate, or even cancellation of the purchase contract. The customer must send the goods to the Lamp Commerce warehouse by prepaid shipment. In the event that, for any reason, it is not possible to supply the customer a product under warranty (i.e. by repair or substitution), Lamp Commerce shall, on their sole discretion, return the full sum paid or otherwise substitute it with an equivalent or better product. If, as a result of the intervention of an Authorised Service Centre, the fault does not correspond to a conformity defect under DL 24/02, the customer shall be charged any control and repair costs required by the Authorised Service Centre, as well as any transport costs that may be sustained by Lamp Commerce.
