In view of the type of goods involved, security levels must be high. Special procedures expressly designed for this industry allow us to make shipments really secure. Partnerships set up by us for some years now with major companies in the industry enable us to be able to guarantee a service of outstanding quality. We guarantee deliveries within 24 hours within Italy (road transport) and 3/4 days within the European Community only for products in stock; for goods not in stock, the delivery date is notified. This is normally around 15 days at most. Shipments are made every day, on the day following that on which the order was placed, excluding Saturdays and Sundays. The couriers also deliver from Mondays to Fridays.

At the time of delivery of the goods, the customer is required to check the number of packages delivered to ensure this corresponds to that indicated on the transport document and that the packaging has not been tampered with, i.e., the closing tapes have not been altered.

In case of tampering and/or breakages, the customer must immediately dispute the shipment and/or the delivery by indicating “RESERVATION TO CHECK GOODS” on the delivery document received from the courier or other operator. Unless such wording is indicated, Lamp Commerce by Colorado srl disclaims liability for any damage caused by the carrier. The customer must subsequently notify any damage within 7 (seven) days from receipt of goods.

Once this seven-day period has passed, Lamp Commerce shall no longer deem itself responsible for any damage suffered by the goods during transport.
