Flos Parentesi Dimmer 50 is a suspension lamp designed by Achille Castiglioni & Pio Manzù for Flos. A timeless work that echoes through all its elements, enhancing every type of environment, has been re-proposed in a new edition for the 50th anniversary of the brand. The chosen colors are Turquoise and Signal Orange, both dear to the creators of the lamp, who used them for interior decoration and prototype work. This Parentesi D 50 version is equipped with a dimmer, a function that allows you to adjust the brightness of the lamp. The bulb is not included, but you can choose between a 13W E27 1300lm LED, an 8W E27 660lm LED or a 12W E27 1100lm LED. The structure is made of molded elastomer accompanied by a body and cable in steel, with a finish in Turquoise or Signal Orange. Parentesi is a versatile, flexible, timeless lamp, suitable for any environment, such as the bedroom, living room or study. Furthermore, for the 50th anniversary, Flos has also re-engineered the original packaging of the 70s, along with the round booklet, positioned under the base of the lamp. Dimensions: Ø 11 cm - H. Designer

Achille Castiglioni Achille Castiglioni was born in Milan in 1918 and graduated in architecture in 1944. Until 1940, he and his two brothers were committed to experimenting with industrial products. From 1944 onwards, and therefore immediately after his degree, he began a series of in-depth research on forms and new materials, with a view to creating a form of integral design.
