Philippe Stark is a French architect and designer who was born in Paris on 18 January 1949. His career began way back in 1968 when he began producing curious inflatable furniture and received important professional appointments. In 1979 he founded the company Starck Product which allowed him to market some of his earlier works. One of his most famous designs is the Juicy Salif juicer, which would later become a true cult object.
